Stambaugh's Welding, Inc. was established in 2005, however Steve Stambaugh, Jr. began his welding career by graduating Carroll County Vo-Tech as an AWS Certified welder in 1990. Soon after graduation he began working full time welding to support his growing family. Steve started his business part-time and by 2000 he hired his first employee.
